We're easy to reach from anywhere in SF. Taxi, Lyft, or Uber is the quickest option. By transit, take the N-Judah to Cole & Carl — it's a 3-minute walk from there. For parking, skip street meters (2-hour limit) and use the Kezar Lot at 825 Stanyan St — a 5-minute walk.

What are the options for families with kids?

Kids 12+ (5'/150cm+ tall, confident riders) are welcome on public e-bike tours and all rentals. Kids under 12: Book a private family tour or self-guided rental with kids bikes (ages 5–11), cargo e-bikes (ages 4–11), or child seats (up to age 5).

Should I book online or just walk in?

Book online — guarantee availability and your bike will be ready when you arrive. Walk-ins are welcome but bikes may not be available, especially on weekends.
