All rentals begin and end in our cool bike workshop in the centrally local South of Market neighborhood. Here is a map to our location.

If you are staying locally, we recommend getting dropped off here via taxi, Lyft, or Uber since it’s super easy. We’re also about a 25 minute walk from Union Square hotels.

PARKING

If you do drive, there is free parking 2 blocks away at Costco. Here are directions to the lot. If you’d rather, there is secure parking at our location in the L7 garage.

The short answer is yes, very safe. Our self-guided tours leverage the experience of nearly 20 years of daily biking in San Francisco. If you’ve never ridden an electric bike, don’t worry, these are the easiest to ride eBikes around! You’ll be riding like a pro in minutes. It obvious, but you still need to know how to ride a bike though 🙂

The easy step thru design is made to fit a wide range or riders (from 4’11″/150cm to 6’5″/195cm) and has a comfy riding position.

Our electric bike rentals are for age 16+. Our insurance company sets this minimum age for public tours and it’s standard throughout SF :).

We don’t have child seats, tag-alongs, or trailers at this time.

We do offer cool guided electric bike tours for ages 13+.
