General Info/ Bike Tours / Private & Team Building / Bike Rentals
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours (or more) in advance of your scheduled tour. All tours cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled departure will receive a 50% refund. We also offer rescheduling options for a future tour date without penalty.
** Please note that private and team tour require a 5 day notice for any cancellation.
Our tours fill up fast, especially for summer and require reservations. We recommend booking a week or two in advance to ensure you get a spot.

Always book tours directly via our website. Our tours are usually about 20% cheaper on our website because Airbnb and Trip Advisor charge us a 20-25% commission. Additionally we can offer you much better communication, details, and a more flexible cancellation policy. It’s a win win and you end up supporting a small business vs a large corporation that honestly doesn’t care about you (we do!).
If the forecast is showing a strong likelihood of rain on the day of your scheduled ride, it will be up to us to cancel the tour and keep you safe. If we do have to cancel, we are happy to refund or re-schedule.
Please note that weather in SF is hard to predict days in advance and changes frequently. Often the weather is far better on tour day than an advance forecast will suggest.
Our public bikes tours are for ages 13+
In short, yes, SF is easily ones of the safest cities in the United States to ride bikes. Additionally, we ride the absolute safest bike routes in the city, use the safest bikes available, supply the safest helmets made, and you’ll have the most experienced bike tour guides in the city leading the way.
For bike rentals we’ll supply you with guidance on the safest routes in the city and tips on riding safely.
At this time, we don’t offer tours in any languages except English.
That’s totally okay! You can still book to reserve your date/time with an estimate and adjust later. Just let us know your total numbers and other details as soon as you get them so we have time to prepare. Note that we cannot refund group size changes with less than 24-hour notice. Also if it’s a public tour, it’s possible that it will fill up, so try to get us those numbers as soon as you can 🙂
