What ages can come on private tours?
Kids ages 1+ are welcome on all private tours. Ages 1–4 ride in Yepp child seats on a parent's e-bike (free). Ages 4–11 ride on an e-cargo bike with a guide or parent (free). Ages 12+ / 5'+ ride their own adult e-bike (free). All child equipment included at no extra cost.
How much do private tours cost?
Private tours start at $449 for groups up to 5 (Parks & Neighborhoods, 2.5 hrs). Larger groups: $69–$129/pp depending on tour and size. Weekend & peak season (May–Sep): +20%. All tours include bikes, helmets, headsets, iPad photos, and dessert.
Can we extend to Sausalito?
Yes! Sausalito is a self-guided extension after your tour. Standard: +$39/pp (ferry NOT included, ~$15). Sausalito All-In: +$79/pp includes premium e-bike upgrade AND ferry ticket.
Can I book directly or do I need to request a quote?
All 6 standard tours can be booked directly on our booking calendar. For custom itineraries or corporate events, use our custom tour request form — proposal within 24 hours.
What's included in a private tour?
Every private tour includes: premium RadPower e-bikes, helmets, wireless headsets, expert local guide, iPad photo experience, dessert from a local SF bakery, and all child equipment for free.
How large can our group be?
Private tours accommodate groups from 2 to 25 riders. Groups of 2–5 pay a flat rate. Groups of 6–14 pay per person. Groups of 15+ qualify for our best per-person rates.
Can we customize the route or add special stops?
Absolutely! Private tours are fully customizable. Use our custom tour form and we'll build your dream route — birthdays, proposals, corporate events and more.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour start time. If conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule at no charge.
