We're open daily. During peak season (April through October) our hours are 9 AM to 6 PM. During the off-season (November through March) we're open 10 AM to 5 PM. Hours may vary slightly on holidays — check our booking calendar for real-time availability or give us a call.

We're at 618 Shrader Street in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury neighborhood — just one block from the entrance to Golden Gate Park. You can start riding in the park within 60 seconds of leaving our shop. There's metered street parking nearby, and the N-Judah Muni line stops two blocks away. If you're taking a rideshare, just search "618 Shrader Street."

Both! Walk-ins are always welcome for bike rentals during business hours. For guided tours and private events, we recommend booking online to guarantee your spot with instant confirmation and free cancellation up to 24 hours before.

Yes — there's metered street parking along Shrader Street and nearby blocks. We also recommend the free Kezar Stadium Lot, about a 5-minute walk from our shop. If you prefer not to drive, the N-Judah Muni line is two blocks away, and rideshare drop-off is easy.
